In four seasons, Golston, 26, has appeared in 60 games, including 30 starts. A sixth-round pick (196th overall) in 2006 draft, Golston has been credited with 164 tackles, including 101 solo unassisted. He also has totaled 5.5 sacks, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries and six passes defensed.

Last season, Golston, listed at 6 feet 4 and 300 pounds, was among Washington’s most dependable interior lineman. He appeared in 16 games, including five starts and 50 tackles (31 unassisted). Golston also contributed two sacks, six tackles for loss, two passes defensed and one forced fumble.
