Posted in The Skins today bid farewell to punter Ryan Plackemeier according to a source. Plackemeier, who took over as punter when draft pick Durant Brooks sputtered, has one year remaining on his deal. He was not very good, as he placed near the bottom of the NFL in most punting categories.
