Rookie WR Kelly Has Arthroscopic Knee Surgery

The Washington Post is reporting that the injuries just keep coming for the Skins, as rookie wide receiver Malcolm Kelly underwent arthroscopic knee surgery today to remove loose particles in his left knee.
