WFT—of, by, for the people!

Title: The boring blueprint of sports geeks international!  There seems to be a boring—super boring—been done before blueprint for winning a championship in these professional sports leagues…since the turn of the century teams like the Kansas City Royals, the Boston Red Soxes,  the Philadelphia 76ers, well Sixers have won jack this century like WFT…Yet, a four year very bad to winning it all plan— acquiring key pieces, sticking with the program, having a setback yet and eventually winning a Super Bowl or championship. Remember there has been no repeat NFL or MLB champs since at least 2004 with Brady’s Pats!

How boring!  How repetitive to give to our children this past decades…and if you’re watching obviously Washington in year/ season 2 of the 4-5 year plan and the 800-pound Gorilla in the room is, “will WFT fall short by year 4 or 5 of the plan, most detractors think so!” Many say WFT—not again!

This upcoming season obviously sport geeks international have us down again….only ranked about 19th out of 32 teams, our team destine for failure!  The quiet cynics hold their breath we don’t have a winner, period!
..our season nailed by an average roster like nails in a coffin…failures at key positions of linebacker.  left tackle and tight end, is there any belief in teaching and coaching and excellence for WFT since 1997, very little belief.

…The plan; with youngsters taking over and showing growing pains but eventually towards the end of the year showing promise and a few veterans like Landon Collins, a Bruce Allen FA acquisition by the way , run out of town… leading to  a year 3:  hot seat run from Ron Rivera with a new team name unveiled—hopefully,  the Washington Trail short for Washington Trailblazers.

Trailblazers with a woman on the helmet such as Harriet Tubman and radio announcing such as “Trail on the March here— on the trail, off the trail or was Harriet blazing her own trail, here we go 3rd and 7 down by 6 (thanks buddy Chaka for the sentence).

…but like everything else in Washington we will probably walk away from the legacy of the people, by the people and for the people and put a dog on the helmet.

How boring , a 4-year insult of a  plan…how boring— yes, let’s dominate like 1982 with a veteran like rehabbing Landon Collins coming back to give us that super bowl jolt similar to when John Riggins ended his early retirement bringing the Diesel to the NFL in full bore mode en route to the most improbable of runs.

Go WFT, today!

Go human face no matter what on our helmet: of the people, by the people, for the people, WFT!

    Another receiver Andre Carter.
This one for teams returning punts primarily.
My offensive starters at this point
    QB Fitzmagic
    RB Gibson
    WR McLaurin
    WR Samuel
    WR Humphries
    TE Thomas
    LT Eichenberg 051
    LG Charles
    C Roullier
    RG Scherff
    RT Moses
Replacing Lucas with a top-tier tackle, I would be happy to roll into combat with this unit.
    On defense
    FS Moehrig 019
    SS Curl
    CB Fuller
    CB Jackson III
    CB Roberts
    Will Olb Collins
    Mike lb McGrone 082
    Sam olb Holcomb
    Edge Young
    Edge Sweat
    DT Ioannidis
    DT Payne
That’s an intimidating defense right there.

It is definitely Lucas spot to lose. I think it’s a contract year for Lucas too so if he wants it, this is a pressure season for him.
But it is great we have so many youngsters. I once interview WFT media royalty Rick ‘Doc’ Walker about Jonathan Allen before his first pro game and he said verbatim that you don’t really know a player until you see him in love action in a regular season pro game. Coming from a knee expert, let’s see if players like Bryce Love, Thaddeus Moss, Gandy-Golden, Kaleke Hudson, Casey Toohill and Saddiq Charles show. Give all players on roster real shot at starting. Let’s keep the mantra We are ifamily and I’d mainly draft linebackers and special teasers. With best available UDFAs, hopefully a potential running back, offensive lineman and much higher rated prospects.
