From Bob Carpenter to Joe Theismann…

I don’t believe in a McCarthy red scare list or tar or feathering someone for their political beliefs, however?

This writer argues as a society when it comes to our kids being raised as white supremacist—enough is enough.

Everyone is equal.

We have tried keeping these statues for over a 150 years—enough is enough!

Things must change.

For example the band Slayer, an ultra conservative politically heavy metal band has a song they play about the experiments of Josef Mengele, the most wicked man of World War II along with Adolph Hitler.

Now I have heard the arguments that this Slayer song is simply throwing what Mengele experiments were out there and allowing people to be the judge or rather be educated to Mengele’s horrors.

An anti-pc buddy of mine says, “to protest this song is to just be another snowflake.”

Yet this writer argues that this song can be a theme song for hatred. The ways people can use this song for their own racist agendas is frankly sickening.

Now the name Redskins—some fans argue that it represents honor, pride and respect.

But then we have images and off shoots of the name which perpetuate sickening stereotypes, either consciously or subconcouisly.

Like the Slayer song, does the name Redskins perpetuate hate, this writer says enough is enough. Dan just change it no matter your 1st amendment rights!

Websites like Redskins fan blog site ‘warpath’—the stereotypes are wick. This writer wonders how many Native Americans take offense to 2 Redskin logos next to the words ‘Warpath’, most everyone!

Now I discovered this website off the twitter feed of respected Redskins columnist Rick Snider. Snider has tweets of buddy Chris Russell another respected Redskins journalist. Russell’s nickname according to twitter tweets is Rooster—Rooster was a nickname for m60s during Vietnam.

This writer believes in freedom of speech and has no idea about a root of a journalist nicknamed or really cares.

However, just as we have racist statues

, this name Redskins and how it is possibly perpetuating supremacy and its connotations—enough is enough.

This is not and has never been a white country! In fact, this writer has the belief that most of the sports media in town agree the name is unjust.

Here is a sport about press in general on their silence.

Rumored had it that members of the media knew through whispers in the press box of the steroid crisis in baseball many seasons before the scandal was broken.

I think that story is similar to here in town to date with this media market. That there is not a daily collective calling for name change is beyond me. Most members just feel better to not go on record but most in private agree, it is horrid!

Just like eventually we want everyone standing because we have gotten blm to a victory, hopefully we can get every sport media person on this list off this list and standing up until the name logo song change has become reality.

Here is a list of sports media and organizations dedicated on the Redskins who have not used editorials and their platform to actively calling on a daily basis for name, logo and song change (if media mistakenly appear on this list, contact me and we will get you off this list):
