Skins Add former Bucs Coach Raheem Morris as DB Coach

The Redskins have announced the hiring of Raheem Morris as a defensive backs coach.

The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach agreed to take the job two weeks ago. The Redskins confirmed the move Monday, when he joined coach Mike Shanahan’s staff in Mobile, Ala., for this week’s Senior Bowl.

The 35-year-old Morris was fired by the Bucs this month. He had a 17-31 record over three seasons at Tampa Bay.

MORRIS needs players to coach. I say go get WILLIAM GAY in FA and make KEVIN BARNES, BRANDYN THOMPSON, and BYRON WESTBROOK compete for a job at CB.

Draft WINSTON GUY JR. at SS and TRUMAINE JOHNSON for FS to compete with REED DOUGHTY and DeJON GOMES.

Re-sign LaRON LANDREY. Besides with his recent health history, where’s he going? We should slightly exceed any offers, and bring him back on a one-year contract if possible.

Great get. I don’t know how long we’ll keep him, but we’ve got him now. That’s all that counts at this point.

Wow, amazing weblog structure! How long have you been running a blog for? you make running a blog look easy. The entire glance of your website is fantastic, as neatly as the content material!

Things are sure quiet here. Any news from the coaches and scouts regarding the SOUTH All-Star squad they handled down south?
