Even during NFL lockout, Laron Landry is in amazing shape

For a large part of the season, it looked like 2010 appeared to be the “breakout” year for Redskins Safety Laron Landry. During his 4th season, you could’ve made the argument that he was the most valuable player on the team’s defensive unit (if not the entire team itself), and was a virtual lock to represent the Redskins in Hawaii, in the Pro Bowl. But after sustaining an injury to his Achilles Tendon in the disastrous Monday night loss to Philadelphia in Week 10, Landry would eventually end up on injured reserve and miss the remainder of what looked to be a very promising season.

But after recently posting a few pictures of himself on his Twitter account, it certainly doesn’t look like he’s missed a single beat in off-season workouts (Landry has not been present in any of the team’s player-organized practices, to date).

Take a look for yourself, here. I’m going to go ahead and say that he looks to be in “pretty decent” shape… meat and potatoes, indeed.
