Campbell-Cutler-Sanchez
Over the next 17 weeks I will be comparing the passing statistics of two players that were almost Redskin quarterbacks and the player that is the quarterback for the team. It’ll be interesting to see from a statistical stand point which QB had the best year:
MARK SANCHEZ vs. Houston Texans
Pass Attempts- 31
Completions- 18
Passing Yards- 272
Touchdowns- 1
Interceptions- 1
Sacked- 0
Fumbles- 1
Win/Loss- WIN (1-0)
JASON CAMPBELL vs. New York Giants
Pass Attempts- 19
Completions- 26
Passing Yards- 211
Touchdowns- 1
Interceptions- 1
Sacked- 2.5
Fumbles- 2
Win/Loss- LOSS (0-1)
JAY CUTLER vs. Green Bay Packers
Pass Attempts- 36
Completions- 17
Passing Yards- 277
Touchdowns- 1
Interceptions- 4
Sacked- 2
Fumbles- 0
Win/Loss- LOSS (0-1)
BREAKDOWN: None of these stats are completely mind blowing save Jay Cutlers 4 INT’s, but notice that Mark Sanchez was not sacked today. Was that thanks to his O-line or a quick release?
