The Philadelphia Inquirer is reporting that the Redskins are another team in the mix for unhappy Broncos quarterback Jay Cutler. Linebacker Matt Sinclair is no longer in the Redskins’ plans. The team released Sinclair on Tuesday. Sinclair played two years with the Redskins, but he spent last season on injured reserve after he suffered a back injury.
