Posted in Today’s Washington Post is reporting that DL Demetric Evans is going to be a free agent come Friday. Here is the report:
It appears that defensive lineman Demetric Evans is headed to the free agent market. The Redskins met with Evans’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, during the scouting combine at Indianapolis but have not extended a contract offer to the seven-year veteran, a team source said. The market opens Friday and Evans is not expected to have a new deal in place by then.
