Skins Worried About the Long Term of Kelly’s Knee Injury?
Posted by Matt Loede on February 22nd, 2009 in Main
Malcolm Kelly played in just 5 games last season and his season was over with a knee injury. Now according to Pro Football Weekly, the outlook for the Skins about Kelly may not be all that bright. Here is the report:
The Redskins are concerned that WR Malcolm Kelly’s knee is going to be an annual problem. Kelly is continuing to rehab following a mostly lost rookie season, which was slowed by said knee, but despite head coach Jim Zorn’s optimism about his young wideout, we hear that team officials worry that the injury will be a source of concern and unsteadiness for the foreseeable future.
