Redskins Coach Jim Zorn said he expects to have competition for PK Shaun Suisham in training camp next season but did not explicitly say the same about P Ryan Plackemeier. It is difficult, however, to bring four place kickers and punters to camp because of league-mandated roster limits and the disappearance of roster exemptions it provided that were allowed before NFL Europe folded last year. The Redskins invited two punters and one place kicker (Suisham) to Zorn’s first training camp in July.
