Redskins To Kick Off Preseason Sunday Night

The Redskins are heading to Canton, Ohio.  The Burgundy and Gold will kick off the preseason Sunday night against the Indianapolis Colts in the Hall of Fame Game.  Rock Cartwright will start at running back in place of Ladell Betts, who is nursing a bruised thigh.  Cartwright is in his seventh year with the Redskins.  Tomorrow, Darrell Green and Art Monk will become the first Washington pro football players to be enshrined in Canton since John Riggins in 1992.
