Redskins Two A Day Workouts Continue

Practice

Players for the Redskins are earning their paychecks this time of year.  Two-a-day workouts in blistering heat isn’t easy.  Pro Bowl tight end Chris Cooley sponsored some physically disabled children some presents and, perhaps more importantly, some of his precious time.  Cooley says he patterns the effort after one he did with Drew Brees, quarterback of the New Orleans Saints.  Head coach Jim Zorn is raving about how quarterback Jason Campbell is taking to the west coast offense.  For his part, Campbell says he’s just trying to stay loose, have fun, and not get too bogged down in errors.  Washington kicks off the preseason Sunday night with the Indianapolis Colts in Canton, Ohio in the Hall of Fame Game.

Good to hear that Campbell is doing well so far. I like him a lot, but i’m not sold completely yet.
