Well, If Zorn keeps cutting players like Sam H (QB) and keeping as a favor "his guy" (QB from Seahawks)the vets will not respect him long. One of the big problems from the past few years was Gibbs keeping players who carried their bible with them and cutting players who could play but didn't go to prayor meetings. At the NFL level it is all about winning and I hope coach Zorn remembers that the next time we wants to do a favor.

This is the most important information. This information, if true, does more to allay any concerns about how the Redskins will perform this year than any draft pick, trade, injury issue, etc. If the players respect their coach as both a person (relationship) and his philosphy (coaching skills and strategy), this goes along way to having a cohesive team.

I would like to hear a much more in-depth report about this.
