The Washington Redskins on Friday re-signed kick returner/running back Rock Cartwright to a 3-year, $3 million contract – including a $300,000 signing bonus; Cartwright, in 6 seasons with Washington, has 146 career carries for 647 yards along with 31 catches for 320 yards. His career average on kickoff returns is 23.9 yards per return.
