The Skins have placed guard Mike Pucillo on IR today, ending his season with a back injury.  Pucillo has missed the last two games with the injury, he appeared in 11 games this year, starting one for a Skins O-line that has been going through numerous changes throughout the season.  The team signed tackle Kevin Sampson from the practice sqaud.
