The Redskins re-signed safety Omar Stoutmire on Thursday.  Stoutmire was cut by the team on October 1st.  The 10-year veteran appeared in two games with the Skins this season before being released.  Stoutmire has also seen stops with the Cowboys, Jets, Giants and Saints,  He has played in 133 games and has recorded 418 total tackles six forced fumbles and seven interceptions.  In a corresponding move, Washington released cornerback John Eubanks.
