The Washington Redskins on Wednesday signed wide receiver Jimmy Farris and linebacker Matt Sinclair from their practice squad; terms of the contracts were not disclosed. Farris returns to the Redskins for the second time this season; he was signed on November 15 and released 8 days later, playing in one game.
In his 4th season, Farris has played with 5 different teams in his career, making 7 receptions for 118 yards and 2 touchdowns. Sinclair is on an active roster for the first time in his 3-year career. He has been on the practice squad of 3 teams, including 12 weeks with the Redskins earlier this year.
