The injury-riddled Redskins played well, but got burned by a familiar playmaker in a 28-23 road loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Tony Romo tossed four touchdown passes to Terrell Owens to power the victory at Texas Stadium. Owens tied a 37-year-old team mark for the most scoring strikes in one game, set by Bob Hayes in 1970. The Cowboys are 9-1 under coach Wade Phillips for the first time since 1983. For Washington, Jason Campbell went 33-of-54 for 348 yards with two touchdown passes and a key interception late by Terence Newman. The “Burgundy and Gold” has dropped three of its last four. Santana Moss caught nine balls for 121 yards and a score. Washington now heads to Tampa Bay this coming Sunday with a 5-5 record.
