Depth At Wide Receiver A Key For The Redskins
Posted by Matt Loede on October 10th, 2007 filed in NewsThe Redskins will hit the practice field again today. The goal is to put the finishing touches onto the game plan for Sunday’s road test with the Green Bay Packers. Washington may have to play without star wide receivers Santana Moss and Antwaan Randle El. Each is hampered by hamstring issues. Quarterback Jason Campbell is lucky to have depth in the receiving corps. Veteran Keenan McCardell stepped in and grabbed a couple of balls in last weekend’s win over the Detroit Lions. The Redskins have taken three of their first four games this season. Green Bay is coming off a loss to the Chicago Bears last Sunday night.
