Two more Washington Redskins were injured during the Lions-Redskins game Sunday; wide receiver Antwaan Randle El left the game just before the two-minute warning with a hamstring injury. Randle El injured himself on a 37-yard pass reception from quarterback Jason Campbell that set up a touchdown for to give them a 14-0 lead. At the time of Randle El’s injury, he had 7 catches for 100 yards.
Linebacker Marcus Washington left the game in the 3rd quarter, also with a hamstring injury. With Randle El injured, the Redskins were forced to use James Thrash, Keenan McCardell, Brandon Lloyd and Reche Caldwell at wide receiver — none of those four had made a catch this season entering Sunday’s contest.
