Former Redskin Has Super Bowl Pendant Stolen

Former Washington Redskins running back Earnest Byner remains hopeful that some expensive jewelry, including a pendant that features a replica of his 1992 Super Bowl ring, will be returned.  Byner lives in Ashburn and tells Loudoun County Sheriff’s deputies he thinks the theft may have happeend when a boy recently was watching the house.  He says some other juveniles came to the house during that period when the items were taken.  Some of the property has since been returned, but other items, including that Super Bowl pendant, a Rolex watch, a pair of diamond ear rings and a gold ring are still missing.  Tipsters are asked to call Loudoun County Crime Solvers at 703-777-1919.
