The Skins have come to terms with fifth-round LB Dallas Sartz, sixth-round LB H.B. Blades and sixth-round QB Jordan Palmer. All have been signed to multi-year deals. Sartz played at Southern Cal, and basiclly should play special teams as a rookie. Blades reportedly lacks top-end size and speed, and will get a shott to learn by playing behind starting MLB London Fletcher. As far as Palmer, he may be able to challenge veteran Todd Collins and make the ‘Skins as an emergency QB behind Jason Campbell and Mark Brunell.
