Samuels Has Strained Ligament In Right Knee

Offensive tackle Chris Samuels of the Washington Redskins has a strained ligament in his right knee.  Samuels says he heard the knee pop when someone rolled on him in practice.  Team leaders say the four-time Pro Bowler will be out about a month.  This means he will miss the preseason games.
