Skins In Talks With WR McCardell

ESPN is reporting that wide receiver Keenan McCardell is in talks with the Redskins about resuming his career in Washington for 2007. McCardell was in Houston visiting the Texans three weeks ago, but walked away without a deal.

McCardell started his career with the Redskins, and after that bounced around to quite a few teams, among those including the Jaguars, Buccaneers and Browns. Last year he caught 36 passes for 437 yards. He didn’t play much late in the season, as the Chargers went with younger recievers. He also didn’t catch a TD pass for the first time since 1994.
